A Village Hub is about relationships and creativity. People can improvise a Hub with random materials. But having proven systems that volunteers have practiced using allows a Hub to work efficiently and with larger numbers of people. It also has psychological benefits. When neighbors see volunteers setting up a well-organized Hub, it creates a sense of community confidence.

(aka "Hanging Organizer")
The hanging organizers are perhaps the most important tool in the system -- except for the Volunteers who bring it all to life. The Posting Forms are tracked on these orgnizers aaas explained in the Village Hub Manual, and in this video. The Classic Hub Set-Up uses three organizers. It could be nice to have an extra if working with large numbers of people as you could move, for example, all the messages for friends and family to their own organizer off to one side if there were large numbers of messages being posted.
